If you will remember the XXX” Movie with the Hydrofoil Craft with a Biological Weapon which would kill millions of people if it released it’s gaseous cargo.

What Ray Nagin said about New Orleans being “a chocolate city” is a bit easier to weigh and it weighs in under the lightweight category for sure.

Apparently someone reported two gunshots that they thought they heard near the Capital Building or in the Parking Structure. Now it could have been a false alarm, it could have been a car backfiring. Does this mean someone can put two fire crackers in a trash can and shut down the government?
